Shipping and Return Policy
We are proud makers of skincare products, and curators of fashion and accessory products for you and your home.
Our skincare products are handmade in small batches, and we may need to make your order fresh, if it is not already made and packaged in stock. As a result, your order may take up to 3 days to be ready for shipping. Once it is ready, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number. Once you receive your package, please check to ensure that it is complete, and intact.
Our fashion and accessory products for you and your home are curated from across the globe, and may be available in limited quantities. Please do your best to ensure that you select the correct items (size, color, etc.), as items that have been worn, or used, may not be accepted for returns. Luxury items are not eligible for return.
Our aim is to make you AND your skin happy, and we hope we are able to do so. Karibu365 products are handmade in small batches with lots of love. We do understand, however, that everyone has unique, individualized skin. Therefore, skincare products will work differently for everyone. We encourage you to Contact US if you have any questions about a specific skincare product PRIOR to purchasing it.
We will do our best to keep you AND your skin happy. If you are not happy with your Karibu365 product(s), you may return or exchange unopened/unused items, with tags attached, where applicable, within 15 days of receiving your order, by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All items received must be returned, including any gifts with purchase, otherwise your return will not be accepted. Discounts received at the time of purchase may no longer be valid.
Your full purchase price excluding any shipping costs associated with the original order will be refunded to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com if this does not happen.
Karibu365 monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.
In the case of an allergic reaction, greater than 2/3rds of the product must remain in order for it to qualify for a refund. Please note that 1) any shipping costs are non-refundable as it is paid directly to our providers (this includes orders that received "free shipping"), 2) returns are only accepted for US/Jamaican orders, 3) returns and exchanges are not accepted for any promotional items (free samples, gifts with purchase, etc, independent of their accompanying purchased items), and 4) we are currently unable to accept partial returns for sets/kits.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we will happily send a replacement right away, as long as we have the item available in stock. If the item/s is/are not in stock, we will negotiate an alternate replacement, or a refund. A photograph of the damage/defect is required at the time of the replacement request. It needs to be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned to us, we may refund the cost of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded. Note also that these policies apply to items purchased solely on karibu365.com//birchwright.com.
We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase. We also do not assume responsibility for compensation or reimbursement of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery to Birch Wright/Karibu365.
